Okay. Best fall combo: butternut squash soup with cranberry spinach salad.
Every once and a while you create a meal that just makes you feel like a winner. This is one of em. Super filling, super colorful, and, as listed above, DELISH.
maybe I'll make that tomorrow night. I just haven't been able to break down and get those spinach salad ingredients. I'm on my way to the store right now to get some yeast, maybe I'll pick up some spinach...but maybe not :)

What a colorful and beautiful meal. Soup and Salad is my absolute favorite - I'm so glad it's that time of year again.
